Hi! I’m Richelle.

And I am a full time working mom, and a part time running addict. I spend my days working in marketing, and my mornings, evenings, and weekends out on the trail training for my next race.

If you’d told me I’d be a marathon runner when I was 15 I would have laughed at you, but here I am now, and this is my journey.

What Running Means To Me

My dad got me interested in running when I was a teenager. Running in our hometown 5K every Fourth of July was our little ritual. He would start with me and finish long before me. I was SLOW. But I always enjoyed it, and continued running in college when I was a cheerleader to stay in shape.

When I lost my dad 15 years ago to lung cancer, it was the most devastating thing I could imagine. Shortly after, I started running more, and found that it was such a therapeutic outlet for my grief, and gave me a sense of purpose in honoring him.

Fast forward 15 years, and many races, and I’ve become a total running addict.

Becoming “RUNcrushable”

Many obstacles in my life have brought me to the lowest of lows, but somehow with his voice in my head, and running shoes on my feet, I have been able to power through. I’ve become runcrushable. I want to share my journey with you, and anyone who will listen, because we can all be runcrushable with the right mindset, and right support along the way.

Thanks for stopping by!
